Partners in Education

At Leeds Conservatoire, our mission is to educate and inspire the next generation of young musicians, performers and theatre makers.

We aim to support educators across the country in achieving this common goal through collaboration and extension of our state-of-the-art facilities, resources and specialist staff expertise. 

Join Leeds Conservatoire as a Partner in Education as part of our FREE scheme to support your students in music performance, composition and acting. 

Our Partners in Education benefit from:

  • A virtual planning meeting with the Schools and Colleges Liaison Team to discuss events and needs for the year ahead
  • An inspiring practical workshop in your school / college each year (this may be virtual or in-person*)
  • VIP invitation for music and performing arts staff to exclusive events, such as our annual Gala Concert
  • Signposting to Open Days and Events (virtual and in-person)
  • Bespoke enhanced pre-application support and offer of workshops to support students in areas such as student finance and budgeting, skills building, confident communicating, study skills and wellbeing, employability and Higher Education choices and pathways
  • Leeds Conservatoire representation at your Post-16 careers fairs, offering guidance and support for students and their families on the transition to Higher Education and applying to a conservatoire*
  • Regular e-newsletters containing news stories, open day dates, key recruitment information and CPD opportunities for music and performing arts teachers
  • Annual mail-out of the new prospectus and bespoke collateral for staff
  • A Partner in Education plaque for your school / college
  • Dedicated on-hand support from our Schools and Colleges Liaison Team
