Manjit, who works as Group HE Funding and Accommodation Manager, has been nominated in the Student Money Adviser of the Year category. This is the second year in a row that a colleague’s exemplary efforts have been recognised. Student Funding Adviser Carmen McLean was nominated in the same category and secured the award in 2025.
NASMA is a professional membership association for those across the UK working within the student money advice sector and helps its members to provide the best support to students.
The Student Money Advice Awards are awarded annually at the Gala Dinner that takes place as part of the NASMA conference. Happening this year on 9 June in Glasgow, the awards provide a great opportunity for members to showcase their hard work, and to share this best practice and success with the sector.
