Information for 2021/22 Applicants
Applicants joining us in September 2021 may apply for accommodation using this online application form.
Please note, we can only accept your application for accommodation if you have an offer of study from us (conditional or unconditional) and have firmly accepted it, and you currently live outside the West Yorkshire area.
Applicants who have a disability should contact us as soon as possible to discuss any requirements; please email accommodation@leedsconservatoire.ac.uk.
Rooms are allocated on a first come first served basis, but we may prioritise applicants who declare a disability requiring a specific room, equipment or support, providing you make an early application, as well as first year international applicants.
From April 2021:
You should apply for accommodation using this online application form. Use the same form to apply for both Joseph Stones House and One Mill Street. You can select up the three choices of rooms.
The majority of rooms we have are ‘classic en-suites’ at Joseph Stones House and ‘standard rooms’ at One Mill Street. Please include at least one of these in your choices.
Please allow approximately 6 weeks for your online form to be processed.
If you apply for a room and Joseph Stones House is full, we will keep a small waiting list in case of vacancies at the last minute.
Usually there are no more than a few withdrawals, so most people will be better booking other places if they haven’t got a room. We have a list of alternative accommodation you can look into.
Please get in touch if you need advice on which accommodation would suit you best.
Your accommodation contract will have a start date. You will be able to move in at any time from that date onwards.
Contact the accommodation team as soon as you can, and before the end of August – accommodation@leedsconservatoire.ac.uk
Please note:
Should you choose not to come to Leeds Conservatoire and the reason is neither a serious personal issue nor failure to get your grades, then you may be tied in to paying your tenancy for the full year if your room cannot be reallocated.
Should serious personal reasons prevent you from taking up your place please contact us for advice.
Please read carefully the terms of the Unite Students Cancellation Policy which you can access alongside your tenancy documents.
