https://graduation-services.edeandravenscroft.com/graduation

*You will need your Leeds Conservatoire student ID number to start your booking.

Please input Leeds Conservatoire as your institution name and click continue. You will then be invited to register and log in with your student ID, Surname and personal email address (not your student email address).

Confirming Your Attendance

You will confirm your attendance through the above booking link. There is no charge for you to attend but we do need to know whether you will be present on the day or not.

If you are not planning to attend, please email [email protected] to let us know. You will then graduate in absentia.

Booking will close on Thursday 2 October 2025. After this, confirmed places will be reviewed and any unclaimed tickets will be released. To guarantee your place at graduation, please aim to confirm your attendance before booking closes on Thursday 2 October. We will write to you again in the week commencing Monday 29 September 2025.

Guest Tickets

You will be allocated a total of three guest tickets when booking your own attendance and gowning. Two of these are available free of charge, with the third available to purchase for £10.

If you require any or all of these tickets, you must book them at the time of booking your own attendance.

There will be an opportunity to purchase further tickets. The release date of these is TBC, and will be on a first come, first served basis.

*Please note, this will be dependent on unclaimed tickets and confirmed student attendance.

You will receive an e-ticket in advance which we will swap for official paper tickets on the day.

Gowns and Dress Code

All graduating students are required to wear academic robes. The dress code for graduation is smart/formal. Although the gowns are worn over the clothes, what you wear underneath it will still be visible. Casual attire and jeans are not permitted. Gowning will open at least 2 hours prior to the ceremony.

If you require support with gowning costs, please contact Student Funding via [email protected]

Planning Your Day

We recommend that you keep the morning free before the ceremony to ensure that you can be at the venue with plenty of time to get your gown and photography. We will be asking you to take your seat to graduate from one hour prior to the ceremony so we can check that you are there, and ensure that you are sitting in the correct seat.

We anticipate the ceremonies will last no longer than one and a half hours. You should allow some time after the ceremony to take any additional photographs, say hello to friends and return your gown.

If you need any further information, please email [email protected]

We look forward to welcoming you to Graduation 2025.
