It is owned by Unite Students, and we allocate 152 study bedrooms in this building, all with en-suite facilities, clustered in flats with shared kitchen and living spaces. There are a small number of studios for students who’d prefer to live alone.

There are usually enough rooms for all undergraduate applicants who want to live at Joseph Stones House We don't guarantee accommodation but we do our best to meet the demand each year.
If there is no room available for you, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and either add your name to a waiting list or signpost you to other nearby options.

The contract start date for accommodation will be stated in your tenancy documents. Your accommodation provider will tell you about moving in procedures.
