You'll have access to professional microphones, industry standard recording tools, a variety of instruments, and all the necessary peripheral equipment. We're here to help you bring your ideas to life, with expert technical support in fully equipped studios and rehearsal spaces.
Students can borrow equipment with minimal restrictions, access specialised instruments for their discipline, and pick up essential accessories from our on-site shop to stay performance ready.
Instruments & performances
The instrument inventory is pretty extensive! In general, we cater for most aspects of the
instruments or equipment you’ll need, covering most genres and styles.

- Strings, bowed and plucked
- Drums, tuned percussion, hand percussion
- Keyboards/digital pianos, synths
- Microphones, amplifiers, pedals
You can search our catalogue of items to find what you need and name it specifically when
you request a loan.
Items can be requested on the day at this counter, or pre-booked and collected here.
Instruments and equipment can be booked online, and used for gigs/events you’re playing.
You can loan equipment for up to three days for this purpose. Longer term loans can be
arranged by agreement.
Microphones & recording sessions
We have a wide range of studio grade microphones and supplementary recording equipment
and accessories. You can search our microphone catalogue and select using the specific
aspects such as polar patterns.
Recording equipment can be requested at time of your session, or booked in advance. You can
also book location recording rigs and equipment for recording elsewhere.
