If you have any questions about your booking or Open Days at Leeds Conservatoire, our Enquiries team will be happy to help you.

What to expect?
You’ll get to watch live student performances, hear from current students, attend course talks with our expert staff and have a guided campus tour of our state-of-the-art facilities with our wonderful team of student ambassadors.
There will also be the opportunity to speak to our Student Services team with any questions you have about accommodation, disability support, student finance or health and wellbeing. We will also have representatives from our Admissions team available for you to speak with.

Registration
Registration will take place at the main entrance to Leeds Conservatoire at St Peter’s Square. We are open for registration throughout the day, but we advise arriving at least 15 minutes before your booked welcome talk or first course talk.
If you’re attending the 9.30AM welcome talk, we recommend that you arrive between 9.00 – 9.30AM to register. If you’re attending the 12.30PM welcome talk, we recommend arriving between 11.45AM – 12.30PM to register.
Upon arrival you will receive a welcome bag, a wristband to wear and have access to an e-schedule for the event. You will be sent a QR code which will be used to sign-in on the day of the event.
Keeping Our Campus Safe
To ensure the safety of visitors and students on our campus, we designed the schedule for the day to manage the flow of people around the building. There will be structured campus tours in small groups, showing all the key facilities in our main building and library, rather than visitors exploring independently. Our campus tours will be led by our wonderful team of student ambassadors.
We ask that you follow the instruction of our staff and student ambassadors to ensure that we can manage the numbers of people in certain spaces throughout the day.
