Sounds of Leeds Conservatoire - 'Unplugged' Special

We're delighted to take our Sounds of Leeds Conservatoire on the road, in our second special 'Unplugged' Edition at Brodrick Hall, Leeds City Museum.

For this edition, we are joined by three fantastic Leeds Conservatoire acts, all developing their artistry on different courses (from 7:00PM).

Leeds Conservatoire Acts

The Mira Bolshakova Trio blends classic and contemporary jazz with a fresh, expressive sound. Originally from Belarus, Mira leads with a voice shaped by classical, soul, and cool jazz influences, accompanying herself on piano with elegance and inventive phrasing. Joined by an experienced rhythm section, the trio delivers a dynamic interplay and a sensitive, versatile groove.

TONII is a singer, songwriter and producer based in Leeds. Her music blends nostalgia and futurism through live electronic performance. Inspired by Griff, Imogen Heap, Caroline Polachek, Erin LeCount, Oklou and Charli xcx, she balances electro pop with transcendent harmony. TONII crafts immersive sonic soundscapes that transport her listeners - building something entirely her own, both emotionally and sonically. Creating the perfect songs to cry dance to. Her use of Touch Designer and Ableton Live to manipulate effects on her voice live by using her hands, leads to a highly engaging performance truly like no other.

Lucas Papageorgiou is a third year Musical Theatre student, graduating from Leeds Conservatoire in the summer of 2026. He is thrilled to be performing at Sounds of Leeds Conservatoire, singing some of his favourite songs from his childhood and throughout his drama school experience! Expect fireworks, top quality vocals, and possibly some drag, accompanied by Jacob Savage.
