Sustainability
We aim to build a financially and environmentally sustainable Conservatoire that provides value for students and fair arrangements for staff.
We will value and reward the contributions of our community, embed sustainability across our curriculum and practices, and work with regional partners and policymakers to support the future of the arts and education. Through partnerships, fundraising, commercial activity and external funding, we will secure our long-term sustainability.
