Together they will launch an exclusive Music Production and Songwriting programme in Chengdu, China. This is a bespoke programme, opening new pathways for talented students in China who aspire to pursue undergraduate music degrees in the UK.

Students, soon-to-be graduates, and alumni from Leeds Conservatoire are set to perform and complete paid placements at We Out Here festival. This is linked to an ongoing partnership, now in its fifth year.

This summer, Leeds becomes the stage for a spectacular, city centre immersive experience inspired by Lewis Carroll’s timeless tales.

Following a successful collaboration at last year’s Sketches, involving a Music Production student from Leeds Conservatoire and a Northern Ballet dancer and choreographer, a new alliance was part of the 2025 programme.

Leeds Conservatoire students, and soon-to-be graduates, are set to perform and complete paid work placements at Deer Shed Festival as part of a new partnership.

Northern Ballet performed an inclusive dance piece at Royal Ballet & Opera’s International Draft Works with music by Zhouhan Du from Leeds Conservatoire.
