Help with Audition Travel Costs (2022 Entry)
In many cases, if you prefer to submit your audition online rather than attend in person, this is an option. However, we don't want travel costs to be a barrier to attending in person auditions at Leeds Conservatoire, so help is available for many applicants where finances are an issue.
For auditions held in person at Leeds Conservatoire, if you are a UK resident (excluding West Yorkshire) from a household with an income of less than £25,000 or in receipt of certain income-related benefits, you can apply for a refund of your travel costs.
Please download further information and an application form to understand what support we can offer before deciding between in person or online auditions.
Please note: Travel cost refunds are for UK residents outside West Yorkshire only and do not apply for locally based workshops/masterclasses or pre-application auditions. Help with travel costs is available specifically to assist applicants who have travel costs relating to their audition in person at Leeds Conservatoire and does not include overnight accommodation or anyone accompanying the auditionee.
