  • Take part in Students’ Union Welcome Week activities
  • Work out what to bring on your first day

Registration and ID Card Collection

Registration and ID Card Collection

Before you join us in September you need to register online.  You should receive three emails about this. The first two will include your Leeds Conservatoire student IT account details which you will need when you register online. You will also receive a separate email from us inviting you to complete your online registration.

We have made it as easy as possible for you to do this because most of the information is pre-populated so you just need to read it carefully and check that all the details are correct. The whole process should only take 15 to 20 minutes. We will ask you to upload a photograph as part of the registration process which will be used to generate your Student ID card. ID cards will be issued during Welcome Week.

Other Induction and Welcome Sessions

Students who are entitled to use recording studios within the conservatoire will be provided with a Studio Induction which will show you the basics of the systems we use, and which will explain the various rules and guidelines which you need to agree to before using these facilities.

You will also be able to access Library and Learning Technology Inductions to enable you to get the most of your studies.

There will also be a range of sessions focused on wellbeing and general student life such as Yoga, Mindfulness, Budgeting Advice and more!

Students’ Union Welcome Week Activities

Your Students’ Union have organised a range of both interactive online activities and safe, socially distanced in-person events to help welcome you to Leeds and the conservatoire itself.

The SU will be emailing all new students a document with all of the event information, including dates, times, sign-up sheets and links to get involved. You can also find all of this information on our Facebook Page.
